Acceptable location, some issues

outdated room dirty glass
The location is great for accessing shops in the city centre.
My room was very outdated. The air conditioner was not working. I asked for an extra glass, BUT IT was dirty. The room felt cramped, not ideal.

pleasant stay downtown

convenient location adequate room attentive staff
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the room size was adequate, easily accommodating my belongings! the front desk staff was attentive to my needs. they quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the television.
I noticed the air conditioning unit was somewhat outdated. it produced a noticeable noise level throughout the night.
